Good value for money and very well decorated units with the Jacuzzi and good snacks provided plus the phone to Jeremy the owner, thoughtful employees. Nice design. Magnificent location close to restaurants and bars.

Friendly staff , good breakfast
If was terrifically noisy from 10pm onwards, shouting, banging doors, swearing etc went on until very late.

The staff at Brighton Surf Guest House was extremely friendly and amicable. the accommodation was ideal and fairly clean. - I enjoyed the room; it was compact and functional. - the room came with coffee, a complimentary tray, and a hairdryer. - the beds were very comfy, as were the pillows.

The location is excellent, so close to the sea. It's really close to a cafe that serves really nice fresh orange juice. - the guest house is near the beach, local bars, restaurants, a corner shop, Brighton Pier, shops.

This venue is a solid choice for us – we've been here once and definitely plan on coming back. the staff members we interacted with were super friendly and welcoming. It was a nice touch to have a balcony in our room, and we also appreciated having a kettle available for a quick brew ☕.

The location was fantastic, within walking distance to a bus stop, and we enjoyed an early meal at Curry Leaf Cafe nearby before staying in a cozy room with a large bed and even Easter chocolates provided.
